Hello, I am confuse between these two positions. If anyone could enlighten me please?

I also heard that Oil traders earn through undertable. Is that true?

Trader buy and sell a commodity for his own profit or for the company he represents.

Broker helps the trader to execute the trade. Or the broker can be the middleman between a buyer and a seller.

Traders can trade oil on the future/options market or on the physical market.
