It really depends on the impact of your performance. If within 8 months, you can produce work that is of high impact and way better than what others produce in 12 months, then I do not see why you cannot achieve good PB.

Anyone know if MX12 confirmation promotion is auto-C? I alr got the default C. Otherwise, really got done in. Ty.

SBDL. Work so long hours and so much OT only get C. Last time i slack also get C. No need work so hard any more.

Hi all! Just seeking some advice, when exactly is the default 'C'? Is it when the Pac@Gov notice is blank, or is it when there is an explicitly endorsed grade that is 'C?'

That's highly possible if you joined in after the grading exercise. So, you could be ungraded and be given the same PB as a C grader

If you have been graded, there will be an "endorsed performance grade: _____ " at the top of the payslip.
