Completed 1 year contract but 0 bonus
I've just completed 1 year contract with NCS and they won't be extending my contract. I've yet to sign any exit clearance form from HR. I've received my last pay but no bonus or the crap flexi-dollar as shown in contract. Anyone encounter this?

since there is not much left, just remind HR via email but remember to
-- cc his / her immediate supervisor (add another level just be sure)
-- cc your non- ncs mail in case sysadmin decided to deactivate your ncs email
ncs hr is very slow on matters that does not interest them
btw since you will be leaving ncs,
might as well use the email to get cheap office license

what is the typical bonus in NCS for application consultant?
hr offers a bit low but she said I should consider the bonus

depends on performance. normal performer 4 +/- mths. those that are good usually get another 2 mths on top.

safely you can assume 2 give or take 1.
sadly the era of 4mth bonus alrd passed

Wah, where did you get this info from? Been working in ncs for 4 years. Normal performance, get 2 mths only

Are you an external contractor or direct contract with NCS? If external, bonus will be given only if you recontract

Been working as an application consultant for 3+ years and earning 3.3k currently. My boss say wanna push me for promotion. Anyone knows how much will my pay increment be? Jumping up from grade p1 to p2.
I have the intention to leave.. but if increment is good, i might consider staying.

Hi,
Anyone here knows the position of IT support at government school (i guess) work under NCS?
I have been offered that position with 1 year contract. Will be going for an interview the soonest possible. Any advice what is the average salary they will offer? How is the work environment? Any chances on getting absorb to permanent? I am Malaysian and currently working in Malaysia as IT Project Implementation Team Lead with salary of MYR 3.5K which I think does not suitable with my current workload. Hope to hear feedback from all of you here.
