Not sure if big 4 accounting firms here pay differently for local and overseas deg.

Starting pay I think is around 2.6k for fresh grad (maybe more for overseas?)

The catch is the starting salary is low, but yearly increament and promotion is good - can be 10-20% or more depending.

Does the increment of 10-20% apply to mid-tiers firm like Baker Tilly and Moore Stephens Singapore?

Oh come on. Let's be more open minded and welcome our foreign brothers and sisters to our shores. After all, they create jobs for us Singaporeans. Without their contributions and sacrifice, Singapore will degenerate into a fishing village under the charge of daft locals. Repent!
