Any one workin in manufacturing industry?

What are some of the better companies in term of benefits and pay in the manufacturing industry? Referring to both electronics and pharmaceutical

Esc0 Micr0 Pte Ltd is quite good. I'm Filipino working there. Very happy there. Many of my brothers and sisters there. I'm Degree holder. Pay about $2000+.
