Is it true DBS salary the highest, followed by OCBC then UOB?

Don't think that's entirely true.

Piyush earns the most, then Wee Ee Cheong, then Sam Tsien, even though Sam Tsien is obviously doing a much better job at OCBC than Wee Ee Cheong at UOB.

Trust me, among the local banks, DBS is the worst as a paymaster.

UOB and OCBC tend to normally be on par or close to each other
