anybody here have any insight of "AIA graduate management program" ??
like, the structure details about it.

it says "2-4years promotion to manager", is the length of the program tied to your work performance ??

Also, the "100k pay package upon completion", is it 100k sum given in 1 go ?

Of course it's tied to your work performance. What kind of job promotes you to manager if you don't perform well? I'm talking about actual manager, not manager as a title.
