Advice on HRM industry

hi to all on this forum

I hold a dip in Biomed elec eng. I plan to enter the HRM industry after getting my HRM deg from SIM.

Is this a good field to enter to if I hope for a comfortable salary and continuous upgrading(don't wanna be stuck at a low position for long)?

I realize it's all about the $ this days and wonder if this industry can provide me with it. Hope for advice and thanks in advance!
