Perm is actually better because worse come to worse you still have guarantee 1mth aws. Contract is really depend, if they want to give 0 you also LLST.
NCS without good bonus is actually very low in total pay. For e.g. a Project Director is only paid like 9k x 14.5 mth include bonus only 130k which is a joke as many mncs pay their non-managers higher than that.

Recently my friend get hired as perm staff say that
NCS no aws so a bit confuse
