Im in materials NTU year 3. This is my take, go for what you are really interested in. Try all means. be it taking your a levels again or whichever if you are VERY sure that that is your interest and you would wanna pursue this interest all your life.

I am not studying something that i dont think i wana pursue after i grad so that makes me kind of loss.
