paying up 2 studio apartments will give you rental income of more than that. and when you tire of collecting rent, you can sell the apartments for a couple of millions.

CPF is subject to policy risk. the government may one day decree that retirement age is 88! our MM Lee still works when he's 88! you may not get the chance to enjoy your
CPF. i don't count the money when i don't see it in my hands.
