Are you like logistics/supply chain person? your question doesnt seem like it.

Based on your list,

-Logistics/Warehouse (not marvelous pay)
-Operations and Management( depend on what company and scale,eg Rolls-Royce, yes)
-Procurement/ Purchasing (depend on the company)
-Supply Chain Management (too wide, seldom have this position unless you are a consultant with six sigma black belt then yes)
-Planners( demand and/or supply planner yes but pay range for planner is very wide. you can be a cheap planner or expensive planner depend on the scale of the company)
-Quality Control/Analysis ( manufacturing? you need to be in engineering then)

conclusion, depend on which company you go. And the function must be the money generating department so that your pay is high. eg. planner in a small company wont earn more than a planner in big company who need to oversee many SKU or regional position.
