Hello, I got offered a position with a stat board ( a very notable one under MND) and I just wonder what is the difference between a Ministry and a Stat Board? Besides the distinction between a public servant and a civil servant, and the job scope lah.
Are the bonuses generally the same as the ones announced for civil servants?
