applied to a SB on 21 Feb. Went for 2 rounds of interview and after the second round, my referee was contacted. However, it has been 3 weeks since the 2nd interview. I was told there would be 3 rounds and will be updated within 2 weeks for the 3rd interview if shortlisted. Since I have yet to be contacted, does it mean I am not shortlisted?

In the midst of negotiating with another company but I still prefer the SB. Last check on portal it is still in progress.
