It's really a basic admin job. Unless your diploma/degree is those odd ball kind without market value, I don't think this sort of job got much to learn and develop career.
For those want to develop a career and move up the salary scale, I don't recommend they take up any admin job in a poly or uni, too dead end and monotonous. Good as a retirement job, but bad idea as a first job.
