For a start, uniform group is one of the areas people won’t readily join as it is not those “office” job. You see
Spf keep on spamming their recruitment advertisement at TV, probably need more manpower due to this reason.
The job scope and risk (
SPF,
SCDF) is higher compared to non-uniform.
The retirement age is also shorter compared to non-uniform.
That’s why their pay is generally higher and they can only earn that much till they “retired”.
