Can anyone share what's the average bonus percentage and salary increment percentage given to business analyst in Technology? I do both functional and non functional (programming etc) Have been in technology for more than a year now and recently got less than 3% pay increment and about 8% bonus (equivalent to 1 months base pay). No promotion. Am pretty upset and disappointed at the measly pay increment considering the hours and hard work put in. Anyone can share their thoughts?
